American Plan Includes:
Your Private Cabin: Is clean & comfortable with 3 piece bathroom, hot & cold water, 24 hr. electricity, fridge, microwave, bedding & towels and lake view. All cabins have fridges & coffee makers.

3 Meals a Day:

   - Hearty home style breakfasts & dinners served in the Lodge Dining Room.
   - Enjoy home baked breads & desserts with your meals.
   - All of our meals are prepared from scratch with fresh seasonal ingredients.
   - Many of the vegetables & greens used in our dishes are organically grown here on the island.
   - Lunch is your choice of a boxed lunch or a Shore Lunch to enjoy while out on the Lake.

Please let us know at the time of booking if anyone in your group is on a specific diet for medical issues.

Bring your own Boat: $115.00/person/night
Children Under 12: 1/2 price, must be accompanied by 2 adults staying in the same cabin
Guide: $195.00/day for 2 people and $25.00 for each additional person (includes shore lunch)
Guide Boat with Guide: $100.00/boat/day for 2-4 People
Dogs; with Prior Approval: $10.00/day

Rates do not include taxes, gratuities, guides or licenses 

Also Included with your stay:
Fishing on evening of arrival after dinner, use of freezer wrap & freezer, sauna, hot tub, paddleboat & canoe.
Relax in the Lodge & enjoy satellite TV. Friends & families will enjoy the swim raft, sandy beach, horse shoe pit, decks and hiking trails.

Deposit Required: $200.00/person within 3 weeks of bookings. Payment made by cheque or money order.

Payment of Balance: Travelers checks or cash.

Cancellations: Full refund of deposit if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival date.

Ensure the dates of your stay & the number of people in your group are correct. There are no refunds for early departures or reductions in group size.

Check in: After 2:00 pm Check out: 10:00 am
*Early Arrival or Late Departure will include a fee of $50/person as this is time we need to properly prepare cabins & boats.

Housekeeping Cabins:

Picture this: A Private Lakeview Cabin that is clean, comfortable and situated to ensure a peaceful vacation.

It’s the serenity, homey feeling & fantastic fishing that bring our Guests back year after year.

There is a sense of feeling like you are at a remote fly in camp, there is NO Road noise, yet we are close enough to town to pick up any last minute items you may need.

Your cabin is fully equipped with all you’ll need to cook your meals and enjoy a wonderful time here on the island.

It includes bedding & towels, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, dishes, gas range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge & a brand new Napolean Charcoal BBQ.

Your stay can include arrival & departure on days that you choose.

Round Trip Transportation from Nestor Falls:

16ft Lund with 40 hp motor: $100.00/day
18ft Lund with 40 hp motor: $110.00/day

Guide: $175.00/day for 2 people and $25.00 for each additional person
Guide Boat with Guide: $400.00/boat/day for 2-4 people

Fishing License: available at Angler’s Pro Shop. Located in the Sunset Place strip mall in Nestor Falls.
